If you have a complaint about moonScan, please contact us first.

Please include:

  • your name;
  • account email;
  • order or invoice number, if applicable;
  • a clear description of the issue;
  • what resolution you are requesting.

We will review your complaint and respond within a reasonable period, in line with applicable law.

Alternative dispute resolution

If you are a consumer, you may have the right to use alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available in your country.

The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued and should not be linked here.

Legal counsel should confirm the correct Slovak and EU consumer dispute wording before launch.
